In most cases, no. We always try non-destructive entry first, so your door and lock stay intact. If a lock has failed and has to be drilled, we'll explain why before we start and fit a replacement straight away.

Stay somewhere safe and warm, then call or WhatsApp us. We'll ask for your postcode and what kind of door and lock you have, then give you an arrival time. Please have photo ID or some proof that you live at the property ready - we ask everyone, for your protection.

Yes, and we treat it as a priority. We can replace or re-key locks the same day and provide an itemised invoice if you need one.

Yes. Lock changes between tenancies, gaining entry, and repairs across multiple properties. Regular clients can have priority call-outs and monthly invoicing.
