We always attempt non-destructive entry first. In most cases we can get you back inside without damaging your door or lock. If a lock has failed and genuinely needs replacing, we carry a stock of quality cylinders and mechanisms on the van so the job is usually finished in a single visit.
Before opening a door we'll ask for photo ID or another reasonable proof that you're entitled to enter the property. It's a quick check that protects everyone.
