This notice explains what Profix Locksmiths does with the personal information you give us when you contact us or use this website.

If you call, WhatsApp, email or use the contact form, we receive the details you give us - typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the work. We keep this so we can respond, carry out the work and keep a record of jobs for invoicing and warranty purposes.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, carry out and invoice the work, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Contact form

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by a third-party form service. They process the message solely to pass it on to us.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't set advertising cookies. If we use privacy-friendly analytics to see how many people visit, no personal information is collected.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for as long as needed to meet accounting and warranty obligations, then deleted. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing profixlocksmithsnottingham@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
